We use a UK based NSI Gold approved monitoring station that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. They are fully trained to deal with a number of situations.
Monitoring comes as part of our security system and also comes with add-on products and services including: fire detectors, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, hold-up alarms, medical buttons, flood detection and perimeter detection.
Our monitored security systems use two-way audio which means you can speak directly to someone at the monitoring station in the event of an emergency. They will then assist you in the best way possible, including notifying the emergency services and / or key holders where necessary.
If you are not home when an activation occurs the monitoring station will contact you and / or your key holders and take the appropriate action.
Security Officer/Police Response
Our 24/7 Monitoring station will contact our Security Service, who will send a dedicated Security Officer to your home.
If the Police are required, the Security Officer will contact them aswell.
Our 24/7 Monitoring station will contact you or your nominated keyholder/s in the event of an activation of a security or emergency device in your home to give you extra peace of mind.
We offer reassuring and trusted contact for our customers in an emergency with keyholder response to Medical Button activation.
Fire Brigade response
The Fire Brigade can respond to activations of a fire, smoke or carbon monoxide detector. In the past this has saved some of our customers lives.
